WINAICO Deutschland GmbH, a subsidiary of the solar module manufacturer Win Win Precision Technology Co., Ltd. from Taiwan, has announced an improved mechanical load capacity of 6,000 Pa for its solar modules of the WINAICO WST-MGX-P3 series. This means that the solar modules are also suitable for snowy regions, which is becoming more and more important due to increasing weather extremes.
The increased mechanical load is part of a large number of additional quality tests that WINAICO has had carried out. For example, all modules in the current WST-MGX series are certified for salt spray resistance (IEC 61701:2020), ammonia resistance (IEC 62716:2013), PID (IEC TS 62804-1:2015) and hail impact (IEC 61215-2:2016 MQT 17).
“With the WST-MGX-P3 series, we are also continuing on our path with a focus on the highest quality, as evidenced by numerous additional tests that prove the longevity and thus also the yield reliability of our modules,” says Marc Ortmanns, Director Operations at WINAICO.
