WINAICO announces 430 watt glass-glass module series

WINAICO Deutschland GmbH has announced a new module series for the European market. With the introduction of the bifacial glass-glass modules, WINAICO is enhancing several performance features.

Thanks to the n-type TOPCON cell technology, an increase in output of 430 watts is already possible with this module series when it is launched on the market; the full black variant achieves 425 watts.

The compact module dimensions of 1,722 x 1,134 x 35 mm, which result in a module efficiency of 22.02 % (430 W) and 21.76 % (425 W), should be emphasised.

The extremely robust glass-glass construction with 2×2 mm tempered, highly transparent glass is 0.4 mm above the current industry average in each case. The premium glass quality in combination with a stable 35 mm module frame, creates an extraordinary resistance to weathering with a mechanical load capacity of 810 kg/m².

WINAICO underlines its confidence in the new module series and increases the product guarantee to 30 years. In addition, at least 87.4 % residual performance is promised after 30 years.

The delivery start of the new module series begins with the 3rd quarter of 2023.
